In normal cases when a client approaches us with a requirement, we do a quick preliminary study and give them a proposal clearly giving them an indication as to how we can help them along with the cost and time factors involved. If they are interested in pursuing the matter, we request for a contract/ work order with a 50% advance and we start working on it.

Design being an iterative process, we show them a few options, take in their suggestions and arrive at the final design solution which is then implemented. We always deliver on time and take the balance payment on completion/ delivery or in parts if the project period is prolonged.
